We meet every week online. Towards the end of each month you will receive the schedule for the new month. I am very present in all of the trainings and you will feel very guided and supported. There is a Facebook Group so that you can interact with the lovely souls in this training. All of the classes are recorded and uploaded.

Daily Practice is essential to create life-long changes and harness your own transformation. Every Lunation on the New Moon a new personal practice is uploaded in the student platform. Our daily practice consists of Magdalene Womb Yoga, Ahava Sacred Dance, Magdalene Active Meditations, Sacred Drumming, Ritual and Sacred Writing.
