Ahava Sacred Dance was a creation born through my Dance Prayers for Mary Magdalene. When I first started channeling Mary Magdalene I knew in my heart that Dance, Chanting and Drumming was the essential practice that guided me to embody all of her teachings. The more I developed the practice, the more Mary Magdalene helped me channel and connect to different light beings who are a part of he Spiral of the Rosa Mística, which is the Spiral of Mary Magdalene that we follow in our Priestess Trainings.
Ahava Sacred Dance® is a holistic dance practise that activates, celebrates and honours the channel of the Holy Spirit, SHEKINAH. Shekinah is the personification of the Divine Feminine Energy which animates all living things. Unifying Sacred and Ancestral Dances from different cultures, Intuitive Movement, Mantric Choreography, Sacred Sounds, Tantric Healing, Drum and Voice expression, and various applications of Spirituality and Psychology, we embark on a journey to search for our ancestral roots, to the connection with our divine channel of life, to the resurgence and the veneration of the Sacred Feminine and to the birth of a new Consciousness with roots in our hearts.
Ahava Sacred Dance® helps us remember those things that can never be put into words. It is designed to feel how the body and movement are a portal to remembering, to feel how our perspective shifts from going through the motions to savoring life as sacred. Dance becomes our spiritual practise.
Dance is the language of the soul. Done with awareness and intention it is a moving meditation that expresses our authenticity and helps us to re-discover ourselves, revealing mysteries of our psyche and our connection to the Source. Ahava Sacred Dance® is a dance from the inside out. We learn to connect first with our true essence, with our soul, and then remove the external. This helps us to move through life with more empowerment, staying true to who we are. In this Dance Practice we activate all the infinite expressions of the Feminine Incarnation. We also activate and balance the chakras on an energetic, emotional, physical and spiritual level.
The Word Ahava means love in the Hebrew Biblical language. Love in the sense of giving, of being in constant service. Also Love in a sense of Longing to become ONENESS. Love implies action and within this action the sense of the EGO disappears.
Ahava is the first word Mary Magdalene said to me when I received her apparition in 2011. In my research I found that this Word was made up of 3 Hebrew Letters: A (Aleph), meaning one, our relationship to the Divine and to the Divinity within us. H (Hei) meaning Grace and Gratitude. V (Beit), which is a house in which our spirit dwells, meaning that our bodies are temples of our souls and should be celebrated. This Word is of Divine Feminine Energy. GRACE. GRATITUDE. UNDONDITIONAL LOVE. EMBODIED PRESENCE. SERVICE. PATH OF LOVE.
The Temple of Solomon activation is a series of 4 Workshops. The Star of David, a sacred geometry that symbolizes Sacred Inner Union, was actually known as the Seal of Solomon. Solomon´s Temple was a mystical place where one could commune with Light Beings. I truly believed that this Temple existed and I also believe that this Temple can be found inside, in our inner dwelling place.
In this 4 part series of Ahava Sacred Dance we will enter our Inner Chamber and open the door that will lead us into the Temple of Solomon.

Your Instructor
Ana Otero is a Doctor in Dance Movement Therapy, Mystic, Dancer, Author, Yogi, Artist, and a Teacher of the Magdala-Christ Lineage Transmissions. Her love for the Aramaic language is profound and woven into the fabric of her work and teachings.
In 2011, Mary Magdalene appeared in her life. This connection, fortified by apparitions and channeled messages, led her to commit her life to spiritual exploration and growth.
Guided by Mary Magdalene's teachings, Ana Otero founded The Desert Rose Mystery School. This institution was birthed from her desire to share the Ancient Wisdom Teachings and to inspire others to delve into the spiritual dimensions of existence.
As a testament to her dedication, Ana has developed unique physical practices, known as Alaha Shela Sacred Embodiment, DMT Ritual Movement® and Magdalene Womb Yoga. These practices embody her understanding of the deep connection between physical movement and spiritual consciousness, offering a holistic approach to spiritual growth, ecstatic prayer and personal wellbeing.
As an author, she has contributed to spiritual literature with four books: "The Path of the 6 Petals", "Conversations with Mary Magdalene", "Mary Magdalene and The Path of Alaha Shela", and "Mary Magdalene and The Desert Rose". Each of these books illuminates her deep understanding of the Ancient Wisdom Teachings, providing valuable insights and expansion to seekers on their spiritual journey.
Her creative expressions also find a voice in music. She has published several albums, in which she sings prayers and mantras in Aramaic, Hebrew, Arabic, and Sephardic languages. These languages, rich in spiritual history and significance, further enhance the mystical allure of her musical compositions.
Ana Otero loves teaching, offering various training programs, workshops, and retreats. These learning opportunities, available both in-person and online, cater to individuals with diverse learning preferences and provide opportunities to experience the various course, programs and trainings she facilitates.
